This poor little post has been sitting in our "drafts" folder for quite a few years now (yes.....you read that right.....y.e.a.r.s).
So long in fact.....that I had pretty much forgotten about this dinner option.
And dang! let me tell you, it's a winner - am totally kicking myself this little gem fell of the radar.
Well, let me tell you.....it is back, People..... front . and . centre!
What my boys call "Chinese Pancakes", it is basically 500gms of Chinese BBQ Pork (bought from a local Chinese BBQ House - but you could substitute with coked-at-home Pork Loin, in Char Siu sauce) served with home made crepes (I cook them to a diametre of aprox 12cm), ribboned carrot, cucumber, capsicum and green beans, and a lovely sweet sauce made from a mix of Hoisin Sauce and Plum Sauce (aprox 50/50).
Pick up a Crepe, a quick smear of sauce, add some pork and layer some veg, roll up and tuck in - too easy!
