Lunch for Dinner
As the evenings get slowly longer and warmer, the dinner options shift a little.
Your classic Steak Sandwich has been popular around here lately and it is a pretty simple, no fuss dinner (and has a pretty low dishes/pots/mess factor - not quite your one-pot-wonder, but not far off).
Thin minute steak (or schnitzel cut beef), caramelised onion, bacon, tomato and greens, all on soft bread, with mustard and a touch of mayo....goes down a treat!
