We recently had our first really warm weekend. We invited a couple of friends over to relax in the sun with us. I did a slow cooked lamb on the BBQ, but they brought over the best. Some super fresh oysters and prawns. So simple. So delicious. No need to do anything but serve up with lemon wedges and a quick home made seafood sauce.
2 large dollops whole egg mayonnaise
a squeeze of tomato sauce (about half the amount of mayo)
about a teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
